Folded Cartridges
Folded absolute polyethersulfone cartridges used for the filtration of pharmaceutical products, culture media, parenteral solutions, vaccines, sera and purification of water used in production processes.
100% integrity tested and manufactured in a clean room.
Low protein binding.
Long quality of life and high flow rates.
Pore type: Absolute.
Available pores ( µm): 0.1, 0.22, 0.45, 0.65, 1.
Effective filtration area: ≥ 0.62 ± 0.02 m²/10”.
Outer diameter: 68mm.
Available lengths: 5”, 10”, 20”, 30”, 40”.
Resistant to pH 1-14, compatible with virtually all acids and alkalis, alcohols, esters and oils. Not compatible with strong oxidizing agents: 98% sulfuric acid, fuming nitric or bromic acids; chlorinated hydrocarbons: chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, and aromatic solvents.

Working conditions:
- Maximum differential pressure: 1.00 bar.
- Maximum working temperature: 85°C.
- Sterilization: Autoclavable at 121°C for 30 minutes.
