The MASTER-53α is a wide measurement range model (0.0 to 53.0% Brix) that has the ability to measure not only various types of juices, coffee and other beverages but also processed foods such as ketchup, low-calorie jam, etc. The MASTER-53α offers the features of Automatic Temperature Compensation and water resistance (IP65). The MASTER-53α is made of metal, and the MASTER-53Pα is made of plastic. The specifications are exactly the same. For salty and sour samples, choose the plastic model, MASTER-53Pα.
Water resistant （α and H series）
