EMOTIONAL UNDERSTANDING
Digital version of the Emotional Understanding Test developed by Pons and Harris (2004). The test consists of 5 instruments to evaluate children between the ages of 3 and 8 years.
The five components are presented in a fixed order that corresponds to the presumed order of difficulty. This fixed order was selected to reduce the likelihood that younger children would become confused or discouraged during the testing procedure. The fixed order also served to maintain children’s interest because it allowed certain components to be linked together into the narrative format. The administration lasts approximately 15 minutes.
